Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup honey
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt - kosher
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
12 oz of your favorite wheat beer
4 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
In a bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, add egg whites and whisk to soft peak. In another bowl, add egg yolks, buttermilk, honey, beer and oil and whisk to combine. Add the flour mixture to the beer liquid and fold in the egg whites. The batter should have small to medium lumps, do not over mix.

Heat griddle to approximately 375F. Add a little butter or oil to the griddle and add about 1/2 cup of batter to the griddle for each pancake. When the pancakes form bubbles around the edge, about 2 minutes, flip each of them. Cook until golden on bottom, about 2 more minutes. Repeat until all batter has been used.
