1 c. apple cider, chilled
1 c. fat free milk
1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
1 banana, sliced
1/2 c. fresh blackberries
2 T. honey
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into small glasses. Makes 8 servings at 78 calories each.
