4 eggs
yellow food coloring
1 lb. powdered sugar
boiling water
nutmeg
rum, brandy or whiskey
Directions:
Directions:
4 eggs separated, beat yolks till thick and lemon colored. Add some yellow food coloring. Beat egg whites stiff and fold in 1 pound powdered sugar. Then fold the two together.

To make a cup for a drink:
use 1/2 cup batter and a jigger of liquor. Add boiling water and stir as you pour in the cup. Sprinkle the top with nutmeg.
