Ingredients:
Bacon, Ham, or Ground Sausage
Onions, diced
Red and Green Peppers, diced
Yellow Squash, diced
Zucchini, diced
Potatoes, diced
Mushrooms, sliced
Lots of Garlic (jar/minced)
Paprika
Eggs
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Start by frying up your breakfast meat. You can use all the above or just one. Doesn't really matter. But make sure you cut the bacon and ham into bite size pieces and crumble the sausage. While the meat is frying, after about 5 min and its nice and crispy, add the rest of the vegetables with lots of garlic and paprika and cook on med/high heat for about 10 min till potatoes are tender. In a mixing bowl beat eggs with some milk and pour into the pan with all the meat and veggies. Keep stirring till the eggs are cooked for about 2-3 more minutes. You can even sprinkle with some cheddar or American cheese if you like and let it melt before serving. "That"s garbage".

Personal Notes:
This is something I would throw together for the kids when we used to go camping. It would be every thing we had on hand and I just cooked it up in one pan. Whenever the kids are around they still ask me to make this for them.
