4 cans artichokes, cut in half
garlic salt
2 pkgs. large fresh mushrooms
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Line artichokes side by side in a 9 X 13 dish. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Pour undiluted soup over artichokes. Lay caps of mushrooms all over the top. Sprinkle the defrosted peas (uncooked) over top. Melt butter and pour over before putting in oven. Casserole may be made ahead of time and pour melted butter over it just before baking. Bake at 350º uncovered for 1/2 hour. Allow a few minutes longer if cold from fridge.
