8 redskins
1/2 cup chopped onion
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 cup Hellman's mayo
salt and pepper
2 slices raw bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes with skins--do not peel. Slice when cool. They are easier to slice if refrigerated first. Mix with all other ingredients and put in a 9X13 dish. Sprinkle with raw bacon pieces. Bake at 350º for 1/2 hour.
