1 can dried apricots
1 bag Craisins
Raisins (same amount as Craisins)
1 1/2 cup apple juice
6 Granny Smith apples. peeled and cubed
pineapple, cubed
cinnamon sugar
1 can Thank You brand cherry pie filling

Optional:
1/2 cup Cool Whip
1/2 can Thank You brand vanilla pudding

Directions:

In a 9 X 13 glass baking dish, layer the apricots, Craisins, and raisins. Cover with 1 1/2 cups apple juice. Add the cubed apples and pineapple. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over the top. Cover with can of cherry pie filling (smooth over it like icing). Chill overnight. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes before serving. If desired, mix 1/2 cup Cool Whip and 1/2 can of vanilla pudding over top.
