2 rolled up Pillsbury pie crust
1 stick butter melted in 9X13 pan or dish (set aside)
2 c. fruit
1-1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. almond flavor (or vanilla if you don't have)
Cinnamon (if apple) sprinkle 1 Tbsp. over apples

Directions:
Directions:
Put pie crust end to end and roll over it with rolling pin and cut edges off (and add back) to make a square. Mix the 2 cups of water with the sugar and dissolve in microwave; then add the flavoring. Place the two cups of fruit down the middle of the square pie crust. Fold over on sides & ends. Cut the crust and fruit into about 1 inch slices and place in dish with the butter. Pour sugared water with flavoring over the slices. Spoon some of the liquid over the top. Bake @ 350º for 1 hour.
