6 slices bacon

20 oz. fresh cheese-filled tortellini,

1/2 c. mayonnaise,

1/2/c. white sugar,

2 tsp. cider vinegar,

3 heads fresh broccoli in individual florets
,
1c. raisins.

1 c. sunflower seeds,

1 red onion finely chopped.

Directions:
Place bacon in a large deep skillet. Cook over Medium high heat until evenly browned. Drain, crumble, and set aside. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook in pot the tortellini for 8-10 minutes or until aldents, Drain and rinse in cold water. In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar for dressing. In a large bowl mix the broccoli, raisins, sunflower seeds , onion, and bacon. Pour dressing mix over the broccoli mix.
