8 chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 cups flour
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 lg. onion, chopped
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
5 leaves fresh basil, chopped
1 cup fresh green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces
3 cups half and half
1 cup whip cream
8-10 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese
roasted garlic seasoned olive oil
1/2 cup butter
2 lbs. noodles, cooked (may substitute cooked rice)

Mix bread crumbs and flour. Season with garlic salt. Flour chicken cubes. In a heated skillet, add the olive oil to coat bottom of pan. Place a few chicken cubes in and fry until just done, stirring and turning as needed. Remove chicken and repeat until all the chicken is cooked. Clean the pan with a paper towel. Put pan back on heat and add butter. Saute onion, garlic and mushroom 3 minutes. Add bell pepper and green beans. Cook until onion and green beans are barely tender. Add cream and half and half. Heat through. On low, add cheese and heat until melted. Add cooked chicken. Mix and heat through. Serve over noodles or rice.
