Directions:Place tortillas or flatout bread on breadboard or counter. Spread each with 2 T.hummus almost to the edges of tortilla. Add 2 T. Tabouli across the middle of each. Place 1/2 handful of greens across the middle of each. Spritz each with salad dressing to flavor greens. Add 3-4 strips of pimento across middle of greens. Stack 6 slices of turkey across the middle of each (I also like to roll my slices and layer them side by side). Spread hearty mustard on turkey of each tortilla to taste. Layer sliced cucumber across the middle of each. Roll tortilla, keeping all ingredients inside and cut in half on the diagonal. Place on small serving plate with cut sides showing the colors and layers of the wrap Serve with optional bean salad, or a few blue corn tortilla chips or cup of soup on the side. OPTIONAL: Grill the wrap for a warm toasty finish. |

Notes: Anything with a bit of crunch is great in the very middle. I sometimes add my roasted spicy carrots for a difference in texture and taste. This has become a family and friend favorite.
