12 eggs
2 c 1/2 n 1/2
pinch red pepper flakes
1 loaf white bread, crust removed, 1" cubes
2 1/2 c grated sharp cheese
6 T butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:

Beat eggs, seasonings, milk together.
In 9x12" greased pan sprinkle cheese on bottom; add layer of bread, cheese, salt and pepper. keep layering. Pour egg mixture evenly over bread and cheese, then drizzle with melted butter. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake in 350 oven until puffed and golden, about 45 minutes
