1 pkg yeast
1/1/2 c warm water
1 T sugar
2 tsp salt
4 1/2 c flour
Cornmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water in large glass or wooden bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and let rise till double in size. Roll out onto lightly floured board 10x14" rectangles; roll up and place on 18" sheet pans sprinkled with cornmeal. Cut 3-4 slashes on top of loaf. Cover and let rise. Brush with water. Bake 425* 10 minutes. Brush with water and bake 325* for 40 minutes. Cool on rack
