1 box (3oz) strawberry gelatin
2 packages (11.5 oz each) prepared all-butter loaf cake
10 strawberries, hulled and halved
6 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese at room temp.
1 cup chopped strawberries
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup strawberry preserves, melted and divided
1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed

In bowl combine gelatin and 1/2 cup boiling water stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut each cake lengthwise into 4 slices. arrange berry halves cut side out around sides 8 inch spring form pan coated with cooking spray. Line bottom with 4 cake slices, trimming to fit. In food processor, puree rest four ingredients and 1/2 cup preserves until smooth, scraping down sides of bowl. Add gelatin; puree 15 seconds Pour 1/2 gelatin mixture into pan. Top with remaining cake slices, trimming to fit. Pour remaining gelatin mixture over cake. Chill 4 hours, or until set. Pipe rows of whipped topping on cake. Fill center with remaining preserves.
