1 cube margarine or butter (1/2 cup)
6 oz chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
1 1/3 cup evaporate milk
2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Slowly melt butter and chocolate chips in a pan on the stove. Once melted, add the evaporated milk. Stir in powdered sugar. Boil mixture for 8 minutes, stirring frequently. Add 1 tsp. vanilla. Hot fudge sauce is very rich and yummy! Leftovers may be frozen or refrigerated.
