You will need:
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, skinned
3/4 cup heavy cream
5 tbsp. butter
2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
1 lb. fettuccine noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Begin cooking your fettuccine noodles. While the water is coming up to a boil, melt 1 tbsp. of butter in skillet. Cube the chicken breasts and cook in skillet until lightly browned. Set aside the chicken and to the same skillet add the remaining 4 tbsp. butter to the hot pan. Make sure you scrape up all the tasty brown bits. Add the heavy cream and cook until boiling, stirring often and making sure not to burn the mix. Reduce to a simmer. Put cooked noodles into a large bowl and top with chicken and cheese. Pour the cream sauce over the top of the noodles and mix all together with tongs until noodles are well coated.

Serve with salad and garlic bread. You can also top it with bacon if you wish because, let's face it, bacon makes everything taste better!
