6 eggs
1 prepared pie crust
1/2 cup shredded cheddar or Colby jack cheese
1/2 green pepper, diced
2/3 cup Ham or bacon (cooked), chopped
1 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes according to package directions.
Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper pour into crust. Sprinkle in green pepper, ham or bacon and top with cheese. Bake 375º for 25 minutes until center is set.
