Ingredients:  
1 can (14 oz.) white corn
1 can (14 oz.) can black eyed beans
4 Roma tomatoes (cut in bit size pieces)
2 avocados (cut in bite size pieces)
1 bunch cilantro (chopped)
1/2 red onion (cut in small pieces)
1 clove minced garlic

SAUCE:
2 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
2 tsp. Hot sauce (such as Tampico)
2 tsp Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in a bowl, corn, beans, tomatoes, avocados, cilantro, onion, and garlic.
SAUCE: Mix together vinegar, hot sauce and olive oil and pour over corn/bean mix. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers etc.
