Cream:
2 cups butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar

Add:
4 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla

Mix:
4 cups flour
5 cups oatmeal (put small amount at a time in blender until powder)
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons baking soda

Mix together all ingredients
Add 24 ounce chocolate chips
8 ounce Hershey bar, grated
3 cups chopped nuts.
Chill

Bake on ungreased cookie sheet.
Make golf ball size cookies 2" apart.
Bake at 375º 6 minutes
