1 box Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
1/2 cup Oil
4 Eggs
1 -11 oz. can Mandarin Oranges (do not drain)

Topping
2 - 12 oz cool whip
1 pkg Vanilla Instant Pudding (large)
2 cans crushed Pineapple (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together. Bake in a 9 x 13 pan at 325º for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.
After cake is cool. Mix topping ingredients together
and spread over cake.
Chill over night if possible.
