1 gal. apple cider
1 large can unsweetened pineapple juice
1 c. strong brewed tea
1 T. whole cloves
1 T. whole allspice (optional)
2 cinnamon sticks

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, combine apple cider, pineapple juice and tea. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. In a coffee filter, tie spices together in a bundle and secure with string. Add the spice bundle to the cider and simmer over low heat for 4 to 6 hours. DO NOT let the wassail boil or it will evaporate. Serve hot in large mugs. Makes 20 servings.
