1 1/4 Chicken Broth
1 clove Garlic, pressed
1 1/2 tsp dried Basil
14.5 oz Stewed Tomatoes
3/4 C uncooked White Rice
2 or 3 Chicken Breast, cooked and shredded
1 C frozen Peas
8 shakes of Tabasco or to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place broth, garlic, basil and tomatoes in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir in rice, reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for 20 minutes stirring occassionally. Add chicken, peas and Tabasco and stir. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes or until rice is cooked.
