1 lb. hamburger (or ground turkey)
1 small onion, chopped
1 potato, diced
1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 46 oz. V-8 juice
1 can celery soup
2 T. brown sugar
garlic salt to taste
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat and onion in a large saucepan. Drain fat and discard. Add potato, frozen vegetables, V-8 juice, celery soup and brown sugar to meat and onion mixture. Add desired amount of garlic salt, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done. Serve with a hot chunks of crusty sourdough.
