8 oz. uncooked shell macaroni
4 c. red seedless grapes
1/2 c. chopped scallions
4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1 medium clove garlic, finely minced
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. mayonnaise
3 T. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. toasted walnut halves

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni al dente (slightly underdone). Drain. While hot, combine with grapes, scallions, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Combine mayonnaise and lemon juice. Mix well. Stir into macaroni until evenly mixed. Refrigerate, covered for several hours or overnight. Before serving, toss gently and top with walnuts.
