4 c. and 8 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 c. butter flavored shortening (comes in bars)
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg (12 oz) mini morsels
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, cut in shortening with pastry blender until coarse. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well - best if done by hand. Add chocolate morsels and 1 c. of nuts if desired. Bake @ 375 º for 8-10 minutes or @ 350º for 10 minutes.
