Ingredients:
Ingredients:
You can either make a two crust nine inch pie recipe or buy the crust - whatever is easier
One box of blackberries
3-4 granny smith apples peeled, cored and cut into 1/4 inch slices
Butter
Sugar - you should be generous with the sugar
2 -3 tbsp of flour
One beaten egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out pie dough - if you buy it it will already be rolled out - to fit into a 9 inch pie tin.
Prick bottom of pie tin with fork.
Put layer of apples in the bottom of pie tin with some of the blackberries evenly distributed.
Add some butter, sugar and some flour - the flour will soak up any unwanted moisture from cooking.
Repeat until the pie tin is full.
Cover with the top pie crust layer.
Prick crust with your fork.
Spread beaten egg white wash over tip of crust and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and reduce to 350 degrees to cook for the 40-45 minutes
