3 cup water
1 pound unpeeled fresh shrimp
16 ounces sugar (optional)
1/2 cup diced celery
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil; add shrimp and return to boil. Reduce heat ; simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well and rinse in cold water. Let chill. Peel and drain shrimp. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water and then drain the access water. Combine shrimp pasta and next 3 ingredients. Combine mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Pour over pasta mixture and toss until coated. Cover salad and let it chill. Serves 4-6.
