15 slices white bread, cubed, slightly stale and no crusts, 1 lb of velveeta cheese, 1/2 lb margarine, 1/2 lb butter, 8 beaten eggs, 4 cups milk, salt and pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
Butter baking dish. Place bread cubes in dish. Melt the cheese, butter and margarine. Mix eggs and milk, add cheese, butter and margarine, salt and pepper and pour over the bread cubes. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300º in a Pyrex dish for 1 hr. Let sit for 10-15 minutes.
Can add cooked ham, bacon, or veggies for variety.
