1 ½ cups flour
½ cup margarine
1 tsp. Baking powder
1 tbsp. Sugar
3/8 cup milk
1 small egg
1/3 cup sugar & 1 tbs. flour
Fruit (apples, Saskatoons, rhubarb)

Topping:
1 cup flour
½ cup margarine, soft
1/3 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, baking powder and 1 tbsp. sugar together with margarine. Beat egg and milk together with a fork and add to dry mixture to form a ball. Press into a greased 9x13 inch pan.

Place fruit in a separate bowl. Stir sugar & flour mixture over fruit. Layer fruit on top of base in pan.

Topping: Blend flour margarine and brown sugar together to make crumb topping. Sprinkle over fruit layer. Bake 30 – 45 minutes in a 375 degree F. oven.
