4 1/2 cups flour
1 1/4 tsp. Salt
2 egg whites
3 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 - 3/4 cup water (or milk)
1 lb. Dry Cottage Cheese
2 egg yolks
Pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt together, add egg whites, sour cream and enough water to make dough. Knead dough until smooth. Let it rest 15 minutes, then knead again. Roll out and cut squares. Mix together filling of cottage cheese, egg yolks and salt to taste. Place a spoonful on center of each square. Fold over to make triangle, pinching edges tight. Drop into pot of boiling salt water and cook until done.
