4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. Peppermint extract
1 1/2 tbsp. Baking amonia
Pinch Salt
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve amonia in hot water. Beat eggs and sugar together in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients to make a soft dough. Refrigerate over night.

Roll out with rolling pin and cut with cookie cutter as desired. Bake on cookie sheet in 375ºF oven.
