3 Tbs. flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb. beef tenderloin
1 cut clove garlic
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup minced onions
1/4 cup water
1 can undiluted condensed chicken soup
1 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 cup sour cream
chopped parsley to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Rub sides of meat with garlic or add 3 minced cloves to meat while browning. Cut meat into cubes or strips.

Brown meat in butter. Add onions - saute. Add water, stir to dissolve brown bits. Add soup and mushrooms. Cook and stir occasionally - about 20 min. Add sour cream just before serving. Do not boil.
Serve over rice or egg noodles.
