Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup warm water
2 cups milk (scalded)
¾ cup Margarine
1 orange and zest
1 lemon and zest
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Salt
10 cups flour divided
2 ½ tsp. instant yeast (for bread machine)

Directions:
Directions:
Warm oven up to 170 degrees Fahrenheit, turn off oven, leave light on in oven.

Scald milk, then add margarine to scalded milk, set aside (margarine will melt in hot milk).

In heavy duty mixer, beat eggs, water and sugar together. Add Vanilla, Orange & Lemon zest. Squeeze orange and lemon to add juice to mixture.

In very large metal bowl, mix 4 cups flour, salt and yeast. Add dry mixture to wet. Let proof.
Slowly add remaining flour to make soft dough (Note: dough is very sticky). You will need to change to a dough hook to complete mixing. Grease metal bowl and transfer dough into it, place in oven with door closed. Note: oven is turned off and only light left on. Allow to rise approx. 1 hour.

Grease tins, bread pans or bunt pans well. Place dough into pans 1/3 full. Allow to rise 1 hour. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake for 30 minutes.

Immediately remove from pans and place on a soft surface to cool. I put clean tea towels over pillows for a soft surface. Store in plastic bags as soon as cooled. Paska will dry out very quickly.
