6 ounces crab meat
6 eggs
1 teaspoon sherry
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons minced green onions
4 tablespoons cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place shredded crab meat in a bowl. Break eggs on top of the shredded crab meat. Add sherry, salt, white pepper, and green onion. Gently fold ingredients together. Do not overbeat. Heat pan over high heat. Add oil and heat. Add egg mixture and turn constantly from edge to center until lightly browned.
