Ingredients:  
1/4 C flour
1/4 C progresso italian bread crumbs
1/2 tsp Thyme
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Spike
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
4 Stalks of green onion chopped
2-3 gloves of crushed garlic
2 Tbsp Olive oil

4-6 skinless breasts and chicken thighs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all of the first 6 ingredients, put in a gallon size Zippy
2. Throw the chicken in one at a time to Zippy and coat
3. Roll the chicken in garlic and onion- I usually spinkle on half way through the cooking.
4. Heat Olive oil on the stove top in a frying pan.
5. Fry Chicken
