Vegetable Stromboli Recipe

1 Frozen pizza dough
1 Tbsp of Olive oil
2 Garlic cloves crushed
1/2 Pound Sliced provolone
1 CShredded mozzarella
1 CShredded monterey Jack
3-Diced Tomatoes
Bag-Spinach Fresh
1 C minced Mushroom
1 small can of sliced black olives
1 small can of sliced green olives

Directions:
Directions:
1. Thaw the pizza dough and roll out on a lightly floured surface, cut in half.
2. Coat dough with olive oil, avoiding the edges.
3. Layer provolone slices first, use your judgement I usually use 2-3 slices in a row.
4. Add one ingredient after another of vegetables to your liking then top with 1/8-1/4 cup of Mozzarella and Monterey Jack Cheese.
5. Fold dough over and seal edges, make tiny slices in the top of dough
6. Place on baking pan (I prefer a stone).
7. Bake in preheated oven @ 450 degrees x 10 min then 350 degrees for 30 or so min until light brown on top.
