2 c. flour
1 tsp. Baking powder
½ tsp. Salt
1/ 2 c. powdered milk
1 ½ cup warm water to form dough ball

Directions:
Directions:
1.Mix above ingredients to form dough and knead. Cover and allow to rest for 2 hours.
2.Shape into 2-inch balls and flatten out into 8” circles.
3.Pour 2 inches of oil in large cast iron frying pan on med.-high heat.
4.Fry one circle at a time to lightly golden on each side. Place on paper towel to drain excess oil. Fill with refried beans, taco filling, lots of chopped tomatoes, lettuce and my special salsa. Great!

I make these and put them in the guy's lunches. I often fill them with all kinds of left over meat and vegetables along with a great homemade sauce. They make a nice change and a real treat.
