1 Pkg (32 oz) frozen hashbrowns (Thawed)
4 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 Can cheddar fried onions
1 (16 oz) container of sour cream
2 Cans of cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
1 stick of butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix hashbrowns, 1/2 cheese, 1/3 of the fried onions
2. Mix sourcream, cream of mushroom soup, butter in a separate bowl.
3. Combine all of the above.
4. Spray a 9X13 casserole pan with crisco spray, place mixture in pan.
5. Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
5. Cover with remaining cheese and fried onions.
6. Continue to bake an additional 20 minutes.
