5 c. of warm water
5 c. white bread flour
2 T. dry yeast
5 c. whole wheat flour
4 T. sugar
2 T. salt
4 T. oil
2 T.caramel color
1 c. of ground flax seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1.Mix and allow all wet ingredients to set until bubbly.
2.Add flour 2 cups at a time mixing each well. Allow to rest for 20 min.
3.Knead well. Add a little extra sifting of white flour to avoid sticking while handling the dough.
4.Allow to rise 1 hour. I wet my hands with cold water while forming the loaves. Put in pans. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seed or poppy seeds.
5.Let raise 45 min in warm area.
6.Bake at 400º for 35-min. remove from pans immediately and place on cooling rack. Or follow above whole-wheat recipe for loaf size and baking recommendations. These recommendations are a must for all bread baking.
