1 pkg. rapid rise yeast
3/4 cup warm/hot water
1 tsp. sugar
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. olive oil

Sauce:
8 oz. tomate sauce
oregano, basil & fennel seeds to taste

Toppings:
Cheese, pepperoni, sausage, etc.

Directions:
Mix dough ingredients with a fork and shape into a ball. Let rise about 1 hour. Roll out on cornmeal dusted surface. Preheat oven to 500º. Seal crust with a brushing of olive oil. Place in oven for a few minutes. Remove from oven and add sauce and topping. Bake in oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and starting to brown.
