16 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. parmesan cheese, grated
14 oz. can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2 c. mayonnaise (light is better)
2 c. sour cream (light is better)
1 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. minced garlic

Combine all ingredients in a 2 qt baking dish and bake at 350º for 30-40 mins or until bubbly.

This makes a hearty portion and could be cut in half if you are not making it for a large group. Serve with tortilla chips, wheat thins or baby carrots. My Aunt Lori questioned the "light" ingredients but I promise it is better with "light".
