2 C. cooked wild rice
2 T. butter
1 C. onion chopped
4 C. chicken broth
1 Can (16 oz) pumpkin
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 C. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice. Melt butter, add onion and saute. Stir in broth and pumpkin. Cook 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add rice, and pepper and cook 10 minutes. Stir in cream, heat to boiling. Serve warm.
