4 c. heavy cream
1 lb French or Italian bread (I prefer the Italian)
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz) pkg white choc chips

Sauce:
1 (12 oz) pkg white choc chips
1 c. heavy cream


Directions:
Directions:
Pudding: Pour cream over bread that has been torn into 1" pieces. Let soak for about 30 minutes. Stir eggs, sugar & vanilla into bread mixture. Stir in white choc chips. Pour all into greased 9x13" glass pan, bake @ 350º for 45 minutes - 1 hour. It should be a little gooey. Serve with sauce.

Sauce: Place white choc chips & cream in glass container & microwave for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Heat before serving.
