2 sticks unsalted butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. plain (White Lily) flour (sifted)
1/2 pt whipping cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring


Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. When well blended, start adding flour and whipping cream – alternating each ingredient – into the sugar, butter and egg mixture. When mixture is smooth and creamy, add flavorings. Pour into greased/floured Bundt pan (I use baking spray) and place in COLD oven. Do not preheat oven. Bake @325º for l hour and 30 minutes. Top of cake will be crusty. After taking out of oven and cooling in the pan, carefully flip over onto bottom to preserve crusty top.
