Salad:
2 whole boiled eggs and 2 boiled whites cut into slices
2-4 c. mixed greens
8-10 green olives

Ranch Dressing Dry Mix:
1 c. parsley flakes
1/2 c. minced onions
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. pepper (optional)
1/3 c. basil

8 oz dairy free mayonnaise substitute.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all dry ingredients for dressing. Put in an air tight container or storage bag to be stored in a cool, dry place. Use this mix any time you need to make a fresh batch of dressing.

Blend 8 oz of dairy free mayonnaise substitute with 2 Tbsp. of ranch dressing dry mix in blender on high. Add water to desired consistency. Pour over salad and serve.
