2 cans yellow corn, drained
2 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1 bag Frito Lay Chili Cheese Corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Just before serving, crush a bag of Frito Lay Chili Cheese Corn chips and mix with above ingredients.

To make this a main dish, add 2-3 cooked and chopped chicken breast and increase mayonnaise to suit your taste.
