3 c flour
1 1/2 c salt
3 c water
2 T oil
1 T cream of tartar
1 package unsweetened, wildly colorful drink mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan. Cook over medium heat, until dough comes away from the edges of the pan and it becomes difficult to move the spoon. Remove from heat. Cool until it can be handled. Place on counter or on wax paper and knead 3-4 times. Store in an air-tight container.

I got this recipe from a teacher who makes one batch a month for her classroom, changing colors for the seasons. It never dries out. You can add scents, glitter, etc., to make it even more fancy.
