Ipkg. refrigerator pizza crust
2c. (8oz) shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
1 oz (1/4 c.) fresh parmesan cheese grated
2tbsp fresh basil snipped
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 garlic clove pressed
4 plum tomatoes thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 F roll out pizza crust on a 12x15 rectangle backing stone. Sprinkle crust with 1c of mozzarella cheese. Mix the 2nd cup of mozzarella with parmesan mayo and garlic. Place tomatoes over cheese then spread mixture over tomatoes evenly. Lastly lay basil on top
Bake 15-20 minutes or until top is golden.
