1 c. milk
1 egg
1 T. cooking oil
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tbls. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, egg and oil. Add remaining ingredients; stir. Batter will have some lumps. Oil griddle or skillet. Pour 1/4 batter on heated skillet. Cook till bubbles form on pancake. Flip. Cook till golden brown. Serve with jam, peanut butter, honey or syrup.
