6 lbs. hamburger
5 T. Morton's tender quick salt
2 1/2 tsp. garlic
2 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate 24 hrs, stirring twice. Roll meat into rolls, like sausage (5 or 6). Wrap in aluminum foil shiny side facing meat. Poke holes in bottom of foil. Bake on broiler or baking rack on cookie sheet for 1 1/2 hrs at 325. Freezes well, but re-wrap if freezing.
